Geraldine Trimble Sinclair

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Mrs. Geraldine Trimble Sinclair on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, 3:00 pm, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in French Settlement. Burial will immediately follow at St. William Catholic Cemetery in Port Vincent. Visitation will take place at the church starting at 1:00 pm and will continue until Mass begins at 3:00 pm. Mrs. Sinclair was a native of Keokuk, Iowa and resident of Gonzales. She passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the age of 79. Mrs. Sinclair belonged to the St. Joseph rosary group and volunteered at the Addis food bank for many years. She loved animals and gardening and crocheting for her family. Above all, she loved her family and was a dedicated wife and mother. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Sinclair is survived by her daughters, Kathy Stafford and husband Wayne, Janet Naquin and husband Rene; sons, Mark Sinclair and wife Barbara, Randy Sinclair and wife Judith; grandchildren, Waylon Stafford, Clinton Stafford, Macky Stafford, Micah Stafford, Gary Naquin, Melanie Naquin, Kaci Naquin, Courtney Naquin, Denise Sinclair, Addam Sinclair, Daniel Sinclair, Krista Schmitt, Joelle George, 26 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Judy Braud and brother-in-law, Richard Sinclair and wife Fally. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Sinclair; sons, John Sinclair, Gary Michael Sinclair; daughter, Judy Lynn Sinclair; great-granddaughter, Ashley Sinclair; mother, Eloise Carrick; step father, Red Carrick and father, Allen Trimble.
