Carey Brent Lowe

Carey Brent Lowe, a native of Port Allen and resident of Baton Rouge died on January 16, 2024 at the age of 81. Carey worked many years as a pipefitter and safety supervisor. He lived a pious, prayerful life as a devoted husband, proud father and loving grandfather.

Carey is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sandra Lowe; his son, Brent Lowe and wife D'ette, his daughter, Lori Lowe Karr and husband Michael; grandchildren, Garrett Lowe and wife Haley, Adele Lowe Doescher and husband Scott, Bailey Karr, Meredith Lowe Faul and husband Montgomery, Angela Lowe Nolen and husband Austin, Mary Therese Lowe, and 6 great grandchildren.

Carey is preceded in death by his parents, Wilton Lowe Sr. and Adele Langlois Lowe; his brothers, Wilton Lowe Jr. and David Lowe.

Family and friend are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 12 Noon at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 15615 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70817, visitation will begin at 10:00AM till service time. Those serving as pallbearers are Michael Karr, James Sanford, Garret Lowe, Mark Nelson, Brian Nelson and Devin Hooge.
