I'll miss him so much, though I'm glad he's with his Lord and Savior Jesus. His desire was that everyone would receive Jesus Christ as their Savior as he did over 40 years ago. My Dad was rich in friends, rich in his love of family, and his Love and Loyalty to Mom. He was an example of a godly man, a loving and faithful husband and father. He prayed for us all by name everyday. He was the toughest man I will ever know, yet he was a loving and gentle and giving person. Missing his joy when I cooked for him.

I have great memories of Uncle Gilbert.  As a kid he played the guitar him Aunt Jennie sang songs with family and friends. Traditional Rancheros happy times. An inspiration in my life. They played traditional Christian with family and friends. An inspiration in my life.  A soldier proud, grateful to god for his survival. A miracle story an inspiration to me in my life a mentor in my decision to become a soldier too. Man of god in heaven now .Jesus says good and faithful servant. I salute you uncle Gilbert forever an inspiration in my life.
