Diane and Peter,
Our hearts were with you during today's service. It was the most beautiful celebration of James life. Thank you to all who took on the emotional task to speak and share memories of James. 
Diane, the eulogy you put together to be read was pure love. Peter, I don't know how you even gathered the strength to speak your own thoughts, but it was amazing. It is obvious to all that James was truly and completely loved in his life and his memory will continue to be loved just as much. 
I couldn't help but notice in the pictures you had of my Dad with James, he is holding his hand. I believe my Dad, your parents, Jim and other loved ones are holding his hand in Heaven now.

I knew James way back when he was a very small boy and then grow up to be an amazing young man. I understood he was artistic, creative and musical.......he played the saxophone. However, I have several fond memories of him having fun and playing with his friends and parents. It usually involved a lot of running and everyone laughing. He brought a lot of laughter and joy to all of us.
I will always remember James.

We knew James as a young boy. Perceptive mischievous eyes, a deliberate quiet demeanor but he always answered politely and intelligently.  Loved talking about music with Mike.  James is missed by so many but loved by many more.

James was one of my best friends all through UES Elementary School. It was always love and laughs with him. I remember we snuck down to the gully after lunch one time and played in the water for so long. We definitely got in so much trouble but it was so worth it lol! I will always remember your love for music, your crazy dance moves, your contagious giggle, and your loving smile. You will live forever in my heart James. 

Very dear Diane and Peter,

The tragic death of you beloved son James is deeply felt. Such senseless event leaves all of us grasping for meaning. Words are not enough to express the deep sympathy and sadness that we feel. 

We recall with great affection a visit to you in the summer more than 10 years ago, when we all had dinner together with you, Peter and James. The example of your family inspired us and gave us strength to continue on the journey that led to the adoption of our daughters. Your great love of James will always flow through our family. We will cherish our shared bond with you forever. We love you very much and our thoughts are with you.

Jamesieeee I mis you! We were brothers and sisters ! I told everyone you were my brother ! And we were suppose to know each other forever till we got old like we said ! Thanks for always listening to me when I was ranting for years and understanding me throughout everything . I don’t have anyone I can talk to like I talked to u anymore. We will all miss you James 

We love James so much.  So many happy memories at museums, theme parks, and dinners. So much laughter. I will miss his sense of humor the most, and the way he said “Britney” in a certain tone when he was trying to convince me of something or trying to get out of trouble. He had a warmness about him, and such a big heart. He was curious and creative. He had big green eyes and a quiet awareness. Sean and I planned for him to be in our lives forever.  Our hearts break for his parents and for all who knew and loved James. He will never be forgotten. 

Our son, Timo, was friends with James in elementary school. The picture shows them in 3rd grade. Both of them were very sweet kids but also rather mischievous. I remember that they at some point got into such trouble that we parents were notified. I don't remember what it was but I am sure it was some team prank.

I have so many happy memories with you, kiddo. From the moment you joined the family you were loved. We spent many moments playing, laughing, and being silly together when you were little, and I will cherish them, and you, forever. 
All my love Diane and Peter. We are always here for you and want you to know that we continue to love James. Here is a photo of he and I dancing at our cousin's Armenian wedding. That was an outrageously fun night, and an equally fun trip as a whole. <3

I am saddened to hear about the passing of my dear friend James Golio.  It was truly an honor being his friend and I will miss him every day. James was someone who was always laughing and smiling. Both his laughter and smile were extremely contagious. He made everyone around him have a good time and was such a great friend. I will forever cherish the memories I have of James from high school especially graduating with him.  James was loved by many and he will continue to be loved . 

I am very grateful that James was one of my first friends. I remember that when we were little, we would pretend we were spies by hiding behind the slide in the North Yard and discussing what we saw. It’s a fun and happy memory of becoming friends with a kind and creative boy that I will continue to carry with me.

James was a big part of my life & it’s still really hard to believe your gone. I just want to take the time & thank you for being a good uncle to my kids. You are more than just a friend you were a brother to me & I will never forget all those great memories we shared. We love you James💖

James will always hold the most special place in my heart. I remember rushing home everyday after school so that I could call him on the phone. We would laugh and talk for hours. I’ll never forget his smile and the pure joy I felt in his presence. I’m thankful for all the memories I have of him.  

I will always remember James as a beautiful boy, with beautiful eyes, and a beautiful smile. I will never forget him. May he Rest In Peace.  

James was such a big part of my childhood. He was so special and I am so grateful to have known him. He had so much love to share and I will always remember how his presence made me feel. In my heart forever.
