Teresa was born February 18, 1980 and passed away unexpectedly on June 3, 2011.
She is survived by her loving parents, Connie and Gilbert S. Santa Cruz; 2 sisters, Vanessa and Luzianne Santa Cruz; 2 brothers, Gilbert Steven and Aaron Jesse Santa Cruz and 2 nephews, Preston Monroe Haynes and Alex Mendoza.
