Richard Gerald Elman, 86 of Phoenix passed away December 27, 2013. He was born June 30, 1927 in Rochester, NY. Richard was retired from his business Elmans Cooler Service. He loved bowling, dancing, family get togethers and the Lord. Richard was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Ella Elman, 4 brothers Robert, Donald, Carl and William, 2 sisters Francis Archer and Thelma Corbet and one grandson Lawrence Robert Elman Jr. He is survived by his wife Venor, son Lawrence, daughters Karen Elman, Rhonda Bagley (Glen) and Bobbi Mudge, 2 granddaughters, 4 grandsons, 2 great grandsons and 2 great granddaughters. Visitation will be held Friday, January 3, 2014, 10-11 am, Funeral Service will take place at 11am at West Resthaven Park Mortuary and Cemetery 6450 W. Northern Ave. Glendale, Az. Burial to take place directly following the service.
