Larry is an Army and Vietnam veteran, having served his country for nearly 20 years in the military, achieving the rank of Captain before his honorable discharge in 1991. He continued his commitment to public service in the Arizona Department of Corrections, retiring as the chief of parole at the age of 55.
Though Larry’s love of country was a strong influence in his life, his commitment to family was of paramount importance. He provided love and guidance in great abundance to nurture and support his ever-growing family. An avid Arizona Cardinals fan, Larry looked forward to watching every football game, win or lose, with his sons.
Larry is survived by his wife, Margi; sister, Beverly; three children, Rod, Shana, and Jared; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
