Joe my brother in law....we had good times,we laughed maybe more than we should have, always positive and smiling.    Miss you glad we got to spend time fishing, riding in the rolls golf cart.   Syotos, have a beer waiting for me.....love ya.....sergio.....

When I think of Joey, I think of his great smile and his warm and sincere hugs.  Joey had such a kind and loving soul and will surely be missed.  From the time our family found out about Joey's illnesses,  he has been in my prayers every night.  Our family sends our sympathy and condolences to his children and all his family members. My dear, beloved brother Joe...As adults, we weren't that close due to distance, raising our families,  etc. We pretty much only saw each other at Christmas and at our mom's birthday celebrations. When Joe was diagnosed with cancer, he eventually came to live with us as his cancer progressed. I was his main caregiver and took him to all his doctor, labs and chemo appointments.  Through all this, we grew close which I am forever grateful. I had forgotten what a great sense of humor he had and man was he funny! We joked all the time, listened to old school music like AWB & War on the way to his appts.  I teasingly called him Jethro and he called me Zippy.  I will forever cherish all those memories. Joe was a stand up guy. He left his mark on this world and left it a better place.  He will be forever loved, missed and never forgotten.  

Joe my Big Brother, I can't Believe you are no longer with us.  You were so Loving  and had the best hugs.  It was an honor for me and Sergio to have you at our house on your last days. It gives me great comfort that you are no longer in pain! Even more comfort you are with Mom and Keith and other family members.  I Love you so much and will honor you till I join you. ❤️  your Baby sister  Denise
