Our beloved father passed away on October 29, 2022 at the age of 91. He was born in Benson, North Carolina. He is deeply missed.
Our dad met our mother at a USO show in Memphis, Tennessee and they were lifetime partners for 65 years when Shirley passed away on January 13, 2022. He proudly served in the United States Navy as an aircraft mechanic and retired as a Senior Chief. He was independent and active his entire life. Even though he did not always express his feelings, we knew he deeply cared for all of us. Martha Johnson and Nancy Johnson, his daughters, miss him very much.
We are celebrating his life and flowers can be sent to the home of one of his daughters, Nancy, at 7360 W. Luke Ave. Glendale, Arizona.
