Hattie Terpstra

Hattie Terpstra - May 9th, 1920 - September 20, 2013

They were married 72 years last December 12 and passed away with three months of each other. Gerrit and Hattie moved from Minnesota to Phoenix in 1959 and then to Buckeye in 1997. They spent the last year of their life at the Beatitudes Retirement Home.

They are survived by five children, Darwin Terpstra, Marcie Sparks, Shylia Boersma, Linda Bult, and Bonnie Royden. They have been blessed with 16 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. They were preceded in death by one daughter, Doris Zell and one granddaughter, Amy Bulthuis.

They will be greatly missed by their family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley. The family wishes to thank Hospice of the Valley for their wonderful and compassionate care given to all of them during this time.
