Gideon is preceded in death by Maria, his beautiful wife of 72 years, oldest son Sieg, granddaughter Casey and grandson Stanley.
He is survived by 5 children, 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
