NEW QUESTION
While at peace with myself, looking back I now find,
that my pride was worth nothing, I had nothing that's mine....
I had been walking in circles, spinning a web in a maze,
that web of destruction, that web made in a haze....
I was so tangled in anger with this true lament,
I'd hurt you, I'd hurt me, and earned societies resent....
Indeed my lifes goal of yet haven't found,
but with dreams and my prayers, I'll turn this life around....
I have yet to explore this new highway with sight,
the grasp of this vision of lifes journey and flight....
With desire and hunger my life will prevail,
my time spent with hope, I'll exceed and then sail....
Soon I can look in the mirror without shun
and find this new man, this new man I've become....
