She was born on January 30, 1949 in Jacksonville, Florida. Barbara was the fourth of five girls born to the late Joseph and Vera Harvey.
She moved to Arizona in the early 70’s.
Barbara is survived by her two children and their spouses Joseph (Debbie) Howard & Linda “Lynn” (Brett) Riddle, two sisters Nancy Monteith & Kathy (Bobby) Hinley, seven grandchildren Heather Uptain, Tiffanee Frazier, Branden Howard, Landon Bearer, Kelsey Bearer, Meghan Bearer & Jake Howard and two great granddaughters Olivia & Klaire Chism.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters Bitty Rohmer & Delois Alderman.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 1PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. Burial of her ashes will follow in Resthaven Park Cemetery.
