Arthur Walter (Bud) Neitch, 85, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2017. He was born in Hugo, Oklahoma on November 19, 1931. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Nellie, Brother Bill and Sister Mildred. Arthur is survived by his wife of 67 years, Leona, his children Almeda Williamson, Wayne Neitch (Veronica), Donna Hubbert, Walter Neitch (Kathy), Brother Keith (Debbie), Sister Kathryn, 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Arthur served active duty in the United States Army and fought in the Korean War. He retired from Shamrock Farms Dairy after 35 years. Arthur was an active member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, serving as Past State President and Western Regional Four Corners President at one time. Arthur loved to be outdoors fishing, camping, and hunting and occasionally playing keno at a casino. Most of all he loved to be surrounded by his family. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Chapel of the Chimes 7924 N. 59th Ave in Glendale from 6-8 pm. On Wednesday, April 26th a service will be held at Chapel of the Chimes at 11:30 am, followed by a graveside service at Resthaven Park Cemetery 6450 W. Northern Ave in Glendale. Directly following the graveside service a memorial and reception will be held at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles 7575 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85301. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Arthur’s honor to be sent to the Fraternal Order of the Eagles or Hospice of the Valley.
