Martin Edward Mall, of Kansas City, passed away April 30, 2022 at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, MO.
Marty was born in Kansas City to John and Garlen Mall, and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He was a proud graduate of Northeast High School, Class of 1957, and married his high school sweetheart, Karen Jean Tuleen. They were married for 55 years until her passing in 2014.
He worked as a tool-and-die engineer most of his career, and retired from Peterson Manufacturing in 2003. He spent a large portion of the later years of his life at the Lake of the Ozarks, fishing, cheering on the Chiefs and Royals, and enjoying life with his dogs.
He is survived by his sisters, Viki Anderson (Jim), Jan Berry, and his two children, Michael Mall (Christina Webster) and Lisa Mall (Steve Tomac).
The family will hold a private service at White Chapel Cemetery and Memorial Gardens, where he will be reunited with Karen. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer’s Association in his honor.
