Manual was born December 15, 1941 to his parents, the late Charles and Georgia (Jones) Meade in Kansas City, Missouri. In 1959, he married his wife, Esther Whaley and made their home in Kansas City, Missouri to raise their five children. Manual was a proud electrician with Local 124 working both residential and commercial construction. He was a member of Park Hill Christian Church where he was an active volunteer. Manual was involved with the Parkville Food Pantry. He loved and lived for his family especially his grandchildren.
Manual was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Esther; by his parents, his son, Scott, and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his daughter, Christina (Bert) Godding of Parkville; & sons, Ron (Patricia) of Gladstone, Gary of Pleasant Hill and Nathan (Amy) of Merriam; his sister, Wanda (Joe) Frye of KC, MO; 12 grandchildren, Bryanna, Shawn, Vincent, Colleen, Jackie (Scott), Josh (Karah), Luke (Amanda), Mason (Merissa), Quinn, Chloe, Shelby and Xavier; and a great grandson, Barrett.
