He was born July 15, 1954, in Burlington, Kansas, the son of John and Frances (Parker) Redenbaugh.
John graduated from Winnetonka High School with the Class of 1972. John was a Veteran of the Navy, and lived in Montana for a while, as a marine mechanic. He found his calling as a truck driver for several companies including Jim Palmer, Yellow Freight, Churchill and retired in July 2021 from several years at ABF. He served as a Union Steward for 15 years.
He enjoyed camping, boating, hunting, fishing, and NASCAR.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Redenbaugh; parents, John and Frances Redenbaugh; and one niece, Cybil Magrone.
John is survived by his brother, Randy (Rose) Redenbaugh of Kansas City, Missouri; one sister, Connie (Dale) Webb of Branson, Missouri; one sister-in-law, Sandi (John) Lauro; several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A visitation for John will be held Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM at White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119, a funeral service will occur at 12:00 PM, with graveside services following.
