James “Jim” Zimmerman, 67, of Kansas City, MO, passed away July 6, 2014. A Celebration of Life will be 5:30pm, Thursday, July 10, 2014 at White Chapel Funeral Home, with visitation from 3-5:30pm and Rosary at 3pm. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, John and Frances Zimmerman. Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Kathy Zimmerman, of the home; son, James Zimmerman, Jr.; and 3 grandchildren, Zoe, Keegan and Willow Zimmerman. He also leaves his brother, Jack Zimmerman (Nancy). Jim was an avid golfer and enjoyed anything to do with gambling and according to Kathy he always broke even. He was the CEO of PIC Plastic’s Company. Jim was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to The Horizon Academy, 4901 Reinhardt Drive, Roeland Park, KS.
