Louise was born on September 27, 1939 in Versailles Missouri. Louise went to heaven on September 9, 2022. Louise married Edgar Fulkerson on May 19, 1960. Louise worked as a medical transcriptionist until retirement. Louise was a loving woman who was devoted to God and her family.
She is preceded in death by parents Leonard and Edith Porter. Brothers John of Stover, Missouri, Norman, and Vernon "Bud" Porter all of Kansas City, Mo. Sisters Loyetta Walters, Francis Lutman, Faye Huff all of Versailles, Mo and Cleola Wilborn of Kansas City, Mo.
Louise is survived by sister Kay Eckhoff Williams of Springfield, Mo. Daughters Paula Fulkerson and Rachelle Sissel (Gordon Sissel) of Kansas City, Mo. Grandchildren Darrick Fulkerson and Lia Sissel of Kansas City, Mo and Jade Betsch (Brandon Betsch) of Tulsa, Ok.
The family would like to thank Heritage Village for their compassionate care.
She will be laid to rest at Leavenworth National Cemetery with her husband Ed.
