Helen Ruth Rowney Cantrell, 78, of Liberty Hill, Texas, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2014. She was born on March 2, 1936 to parents Fermon and Bertha Lane (Parker) Rowney and married her soul mate Charles Delbert (Punk) Cantrell on August 15, 1955.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two brothers.
She is survived by a sister, Francis Knutson of Burnet, Texas; one brother, Roy Mason Rowney of Burnet, Texas; two sons, Mike Cantrell and wife Cathy and Doug Cantrell; daughter, Becky Faurie and Lester all of Liberty Hill, Texas; one grandson, Aubrey Cantrell; four granddaughters, Peggy Faurie, Kim Hill, Allison Cantrell and VaCoesha Baxter; two great-grandsons, Peyton Hill and Beau Sales; three great-granddaughters, Amber Faurie, Whitney Faurie and Kammi Gola; and numerous sister and brother in-laws and nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, June 9, 2014 at Williams Buck Cemetery in Liberty Hill, Texas.
