James is survived by the Marshall outlaw brothers and sisters, his Daughters Shannon Boecker, Danielle Holt, Theresa Black and Son Tuck Silvey. Granddaughters Marki Flowers, Caitlyn Holt and Alexis Akins.
Grandsons Tanner Silvey, Trenton Silvey, Taydon Silvey, Joshua Black and Dontea Black. And great granddaughter Frankie Flowers.
James loved causing a little bit of trouble, going fishing, and most of all he enjoyed riding his motorcycle every single day.
A visitation for Frank will be held Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78628. A funeral service will be held Sunday, December 22, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78628. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, 1010 W Avenue E, Lampasas, TX 76550.
