He was formerly a resident of the Cleveland, OH area.
The Mezgec family would like to thank the staff in the 400 unit of Stanley Total Living Center for their loving care for Frank.
Frank was born on February 22, 1926 in Duck Creek, West Virginia, the son of the late Frank and Maria Demsar Mezgec. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers and sisters.
Frank was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was also a World War II Navy veteran.
Survivors include his children, Sandy Schunck (Jim), Denise Kolarik (Bill), Jeff Mezgec (Shannon, nee Smith who preceded him in death), and Becky Maikut (Tony); grandchildren, Greg Schunck (Jen, nee McIntire), Beth Reed, Diana Maikut, Kerri Allard (Jason), and Bailey Pickworth; great grandchildren, Harper Allard, Gabriel Pickworth, and Kendall Allard.
Services for Frank will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland, OH.
