William Edgar "Bill" Holman

Bill was born November 2, 1947, in Huntsville, Alabama. He graduated from Huntsville High School in 1965. After attending Jacksonville State University, where he studied engineering, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving from 1967 till 1973. Upon his honorable discharge as a Marine Corporal, he settled in Gardendale, Alabama, where he raised his family and worked in the engineering industry.

Bill had an immense love for his family, his many friends, antique cars, motorcycles, boating, and Alabama football. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Ridout's Funeral Home in Gardendale from 1:00 – 2:00 pm with a graveside service immediately following at Oakwood Memorial Gardens in Gardendale.
