Michael W. Norris, age 56 of Hanceville, AL passed away on Sunday, July 20th, 2014. Mike retired as a Lieutenant with the Fultondale Police Department. He served his community through the Police Department, and as a Task Force Agent, with the DEA for over 26 years. He is preceded in death by his father, Clifford Walker Norris, Sr. and his mother, Barbara N. Stott. He is survived by his wife, Sharon J. Norris; a son, Kyle Norris (Alissa); his grandchildren, Kaden Norris and Charlotte Lowery; sisters, Brenda Norris and Tina Wright, all of Hanceville; brother, Cliff Norris (Linda) of Pleasant Grove; step-father, Leo Costillo; step-brothers, Bob Webb of Alabaster, Tommy Webb of Clay, and Chris Webb of Douglasville, GA.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd, at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel from 5 until 7 PM. A Celebration of Life service will follow Thursday beginning at 11 AM with interment in Elmwood Cemetery.
