She loved the Lord and was an amazing Christian woman, served her church, and was a longtime member at Fellowship Baptist Church. Linda loved to read, solve crossword puzzles, travel with her husband, and her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family. If you allowed her to choose where you would have the next meal with her, she was going to choose Cracker Barrel daily.
Linda is preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Laddie S. Waldrop and her parents. She is survived by her two daughters; Belinda Holloway, her husband Danny, and Kim Maze, her husband Gil; her three grandchildren; Joey Holloway, his wife Rachel, Tonya Kennedy, her husband Chad, and Tabitha Van Meter, her husband Jeffrey; her five great grandchildren; Ava, Lexie, and Aubrey Holloway, Kaylin and Addi Kennedy; and a host of extended relatives.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel from 10:00 to 11:00 am. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 11:00 am at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with burial to immediately follow at Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
