Jack Latta

April 2, 1931 – September 18, 2015

Jack, a resident of Gardendale, AL, passed away at the age of 83. He was a truly sweet and loving man. He spent his life doing whatever it took to take care of his family. After his sickness his demands were little and his attitude was great. He was a quiet man with expressions that said everything. His biggest enjoyment was to sit and hold mother’s hand and talk with Terry. He is already being missed by all.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Tillie Latta. He is survived by his loving wife Josephine Francis Latta; sons, Terry Latta, Randy Latta (Susan), and Rex Latta; daughter Tammy Latta; grandchildren; Lara Hathcox (Garrett), Alexus Latta and Lacey Latta; great grandchildren, Caroline Hathcox and Peirson Hathcox.

A graveside service was held in Moncrief Cemetery, Gardendale, AL, on Saturday, Sept.19, 2015.
