Bobby Maxie Reno

Bobby Maxie Reno, age 70 of Hayden passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. He was a wonderful husband, father and “Pop” who was very much loved and will be greatly missed. Bobby “Maxie” served in the US Army where he received an Honorable discharge. He was a member of the American Legion Posts #113 and #255. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 972. He was also a member of Gardendale’s First Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Pamela Joyce Hulsey Reno; his parents, Bobby and Marie Reno; his brother Charles Deran Reno (Kim). He is survived by his daughters, Tammy Sanders, Alecia Rowe (Bobby) and Tiffany Parker (Danny); two sisters, Drinda Peebles (Billy) and Leenise Gaddy (Steve); grandchildren, Devin Reno (Tiffany), Brayden Rowe, Payton Marlowe, Keeton Marlowe, Jordan Parker Thomas (Daniel) and Bailey Parker; great grandchildren, Brentley Reno, Trenton Reno, Doss Thomas and Dani Thomas; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation for Bobby will be held Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.

Bobby will be laid to rest in Duck River Cemetery.
