Cesar Macias

In life, he was a committed animal-lover, he loved his dogs Chihuahua, Rascal and Bam Bam, as well as any other animal he ever came in contact with. As of lately he had adopted a stray cat, he would leave food and milk on the porch to make sure the cat was taken care of. Cesar volunteered his time at animal shelters as well as Pet Smart for a few years. He temporarily worked at Lafayette Elementary School and The Crab Pot as a Dish Washer. Cesar was a believer of Christ and held onto his faith, he would often volunteer at churches and was recently involved with a Mormon church. He attended services whenever he could and built a friendship with members of the church. Cesar was a fan of WWE, he attended a handful of events, and he would even take the train to get himself too and from the events. In his younger years Cesar’s favorite hobbies were paintballing, and building toy model airplanes. One of his recent accomplishment was building his computer “brain” and modifying his paintball gun. He was always so tech savvy and had an eye for modifications.

Everyone loved Cesar's sense of humor and quick wit, he had the smartest come backs to everything. He was a very sociable people-person and loved to talk to anyone. On his walks with the dogs, he’d stop and chat it up with multiple neighbors. He was definitely very loved and appreciated by the many neighborhood friends. Cesar had no filter and would say exactly what was on his mind, so you always know exactly how he felt. He was so emphatic, he disliked bullies or seeing anyone being mistreated. Cesar loved his family, he spent most of his life surrounded by his Mother, Brothers, Sisters, Nephews and Nieces.

Cesar will also be remembered as a strong and tenacious cancer survivor!

Cesar is so deeply missed and will forever remain in our hearts and our memories.

Cesar is survived by his mother, Eva Macias and his siblings, Ricardo, Carolina, Juanito, Elizabeth, Cristobal, Jacqueline, Victoria, Angel and Ulysses Macias.

He is preceded in passing by his father, Juan Macias.
