Doris Terrell Forsythe McCullough

She was a long time member of Trinity Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Agnes and L.D. Terrell; 3 brothers, Lucian Terrell, Jack Terrell and T.E. Terrell; her first husband, James H. Forsythe; her second husband, William T. McCullough; and a daughter, Terri D. Forsythe.

Surviving are 3 daughters and 1 son, Linda Sikes (James), Jim Forsythe (Jan), Sue Eustace (John), and Mitzi Anderson; 1 sister, Bobbie White (Leon); 2 brothers, Leolon D. Terrell and Reginald Terrell (Betty); 15 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday June 11, 2015 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Crematory in Garden City, Georgia.

Funeral service will be held at11:00 A.M. Friday June 12, 2015 in the chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home and Crematory.

Interment will follow Glennville City Cemetery in Glenville, GA.
