Patricia Ann Priest, age 81, of Gahanna, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2023. She was born May 14, 1942 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Norman Herritt and Gayle (Ballinger) Borden. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Charles L. Priest. She co-owned Ace Beverage Co. on E. Gay Street with him. She was chair of both the Children’s Hospital TWIG Bazaar and the Central Ohio Down Syndrome Buddy Walk, and an active member of Stonybrook Methodist Church. Pat enjoyed cooking, entertaining, and spending time in Daytona Beach, FL and Charleston, SC. She is survived by her sister, Jayne Landis; daughter, Peggy (Fritz) Schoch; sons, Brad (Jenny) and Steven (Bill Thompson) Priest; grandchildren, Will, Jack, and Annemarie Priest, and a host of family and friends. Visitation will be held 11am – 1pm followed by a funeral service at 1pm on Friday, July 7, 2023 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna.
