James P. Waddell Jr., 77, passed away on September 17, 2022. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on September 5, 1945 to the late James Waddell Sr. and Sylvia Carter. James will be missed by his son, Peter (Julie) Waddell; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; siblings, Rich (Laura) Carter, Ed Waddell, Pete Waddell, Gwen (Oleg) Makailov, and his nieces and nephews.
