She was a loving mother to three children, Robert Jr. (deceased), Debbie (Craig) Pierce, Southside, and David Reser, Lawrence, KS.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Adam Pierce and Lexi Pierce, Southside, Logan Reser and Ethan Reser, KS; daughter-in-law, Hollie Reser, KS; sister, Priscilla (Tom) Spears; brother, Harold (Wendy) Barker; sister-in-law, Cathy Barker; all of Akron, OH.
Preceded in death by her son, Robert Reser, Jr., Huntsville, AL; parents, Tallmadge and Ruth Barker; brother, Larry Barker; and sister, Lena Cline; all of Akron, OH.
Sharon grew up in Akron, Ohio where she met and married Bob. They raised their three children there until 1978, when Goodyear moved them to Gadsden, AL. After also living a few years in Topeka, KS (Goodyear), they retired to their home in Southside, where she was currently living.
The family will observe a private service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the March 19th, 2018 tornado victims.
