Mary Joyce Edwards was born March 6, 1937, to Leonard and Mary Lou Jones. She died at home on Monday, October 16, with family around her. Mary Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Leonard Jones (Jane); and her sister, Evelyn Stansell (Ben). She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Lea Edwards; son, Chip Edwards (Lucy); three grandchildren, Colton Edwards, Chelsea Edwards and William Edwards. Two great grandchildren, Bristol and Aubrey Edwards. A visitation for Mary Joyce will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Collier-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services. The funeral service will immediately follow. Internment will follow the funeral service at Forrest Cemetery, 700 S 15Th St, Gadsden, Alabama 35901.
