Mr. Jerry McClain Sr.

Funeral services will be at 2pm Sunday at Collier-Butler Funeral Home Chapel for Jerry McClain, Sr., age 81, of Hokes Bluff who died Thursday, November 3, 2011. Retired Master Sergeant Mike Garner, USAF will officiate. Burial will be at Forrest Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation services directing.

Mr. McClain was retired from the United States Army with 24 years of service where he served in the Special Forces. He was preceded in death by his brothers, John and Harold McClain and sisters, Sarah Wood and Ruth McClain.

Mr. McClain is survived by his wife, Ivona Teal McClain; son, Jerry (Amy) McClain, Jr.; daughter, Duyen (David) Stokes; Step Son, Henry Lee Edwards; grandchildren, Chris and Casey McClain, Leshea and Teleah Stokes, Stacy and Jessica Edwards; brothers, Henry McClain and Charles (Margaret) McClain; sisters, Betty (Bob) Edwards, Brenda (Mike) Garner and Martha Hale; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be the United States Army.
