Mr. Whitmore was preceded in death by Lula Virginia Whitmore.
He is survived by his daughters, Darlean Johlin, and Linda (Rodney) Roquemore; sons, Henry Whitmore, Rodney (Diane) Whitmore, and Allen Whitmore; grandchildren, Chris (Destiny) Norris, Kenneth Warren Hopkins, Deserea (Jeffery) Brown, Angela Phillips, Christian Norris, Jake Roquemore, Justin Roquemore, Scottie McLeod, Lauren McLeod, Breanna (Jeffery) Evans, Jordan Whitmore, Katie Whitmore, Christal Whitmore, Zech Whitmore, Tony Short, Tiffany Johlin, and Laura Singh; 18 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jim Whitmore, John Whitmore, and Richard Whitmore; sister, Janette Dodd; and several nieces and nephews.
