Debra Ann Scales Bradford

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Debra Ann Scales Bradford, age 57, of Attalla, who passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016. Pastor, Mike Hooks will officiate. Burial will be at Bristow Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is directing.

Mrs. Bradford was a graduate of Gadsden High School, Gadsden State Community College and Jacksonville State University. She was a longtime CPA and worked for the Department of Public Examiners for the State of Alabama. Mrs. Bradford was a member of Bethesda Christian Fellowship. Debra accepted Christ at an early age and has gone to her reward and united with her husband and soul mate, her husband, Grady Lavear Bradford, Jr.; parents, Buford and Martha Walley Scales; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lavear Bradford, Sr. and Dorothy Bradford.

Mrs. Bradford is survived by her brothers, Johnny (Lisa) Scales, and David (Connie) Scales; brothers-in-law, Bill (Carol) Brodeur, and Ben (Regina) Cox of Louisville, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Brad and Jason Wilson, Christopher Scales, David Scales, Jr. ,Amory Cox, Taylor Cox, Grant Cox, Taryn Scales, and Joshua Scales; and special son, Larry Underwood.

Pallbearers will be Larry Underwood, Wayne Thomason, Justin Bussey, Derrick Forman, David Scales, Jr., and Joshua Scales.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
