Deanna Alexander Urban

Ms. Deanna Urban, age 78, of Rainbow City, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 2:00pm at Collier-Butler Chapel. Bro. Bobby Joe Winningham will officiate.

Ms. Urban was born in Oxford, Ohio and was a graduate of Talawanda High School. She retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Ms. Urban loved watching her children and grandchildren play sports. She was a member of McEntyre Baptist Church and a member of Rainbow City Seniors Citizens Club.

Ms. Urban was preceded in death by her former husband, Don Urban; parents, Roy and Norma Alexander; In-laws Sylvia Urban and Donald Urban; sister, Carol Herman.

Ms. Urban is survived by her children, Donnie (Tina) Urban, Tom (Amy) Urban, Shelly Urban, and Andy (Christa) Urban; grandchildren, Autumn (Mason) Battles, Sierra Urban, Alex Urban, Andrew Urban, Brayden & Anna Kate Urban; great-grandchildren, Aurora Battles; brothers and sisters, Joyce Gentry, Eddie (Debbie) Alexander, Linda Turnpin, Ronnie (Christy) Alexander, Teddy (Debbie) Alexander, Kay (David) Russell, and Jeff (Kathy) Alexander; special friends, Catherine Smith and Gladis Lagle; and special grands, Ryker and Ashton Garrison

Family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service.
