Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Collier Butler Chapel for Christopher Allen Johnson, 32, Gadsden, who passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2010. Rev. Mike Bynum will officiate. Burial in Owens Family Cemetery, South Gadsden.
He is survived by his wife, Monica Johnson and daughter, Jaelyn Lyric Johnson. He is also survived by his mother, Lisa (Rodney “Harley”) Stevens; father, Marcus (Jan) Johnson; grandmother, Reba Holderfield; great- grandmother, Jewel Holley; brothers, David Willingham and Mark Johnson; sisters, Cailyn Johnson, Merissa Stevens, Kristy Ball and Tina (William) Otwell; special uncles, Aubrey (Donna) Holderfield and Bryan Holderfield; and a number of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Allen was a Christian and former lead singer for the Rock Band “BloodBorn”.
Pallbearers will be Courtney Mcnair, Adam Smith, Todd Hood, Todd Bryant, Richard White and Trent White. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on the day of the service.
