Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial with military honors will follow at Callaway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Paul was born on January 4, 1935 in Callaway County, Missouri to the late Ray and Blanche Cheney Litel. He was married on June 4, 1966 in Fulton to Patsy Hudgens and she survives.
Paul served his country in the United States Army from 1957 until 1963 and had worked for Westinghouse/ABB until his retirement in 1997.
He was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Fulton and he enjoyed gardening and taking care of flowers with his wife Patsy.
Survivors also include one son, Steven Litel of Fulton and four sisters, Loretta Leeper of Fulton, Roberta Garrett of Fulton, Wilma White of Fulton and Delma Dauer of York, South Carolina.
Paul was also preceded in death by two brothers, Albert and Richard Litel and two sisters, Mary Stewart and Shirley Peters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Southside Baptist Church or Missouri Veteran’s Home both in care of Debo Funeral Home, 833 Court Street, Fulton, Missouri 65251.
