Patricia Ann Witteman was a devoted wife and loving mother who poured her love and life into her family. She was born Mar. 30, 1932 in Great Falls Montana to Dr. John & Laura Verhalen. She was the fourth of eight children; she had four brothers and three sisters. Patricia graduated from St. Andrews High School in Pasadena in 1950 and married Richard J. Witteman (an engineering student from Loyola U) in 1952. Together they raised a family of five: Michael, Gary, Stephen, Karen (Remender) and David. There are 10 grandchildren. Patricia suffered a massive stroke on Sept. 15 and entered into Eternity on Sept. 24. A Catholic memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 10 am at San Antonio de Padua Church 5800 E. Santa Ana Canyon Rd., Anaheim Hills. We were blessed to have Patricia as our matron, caretaker, counselor, confidante and friend. She enriched our lives in countless ways.
