Frank Dean Pace was a bicentennial baby. Born on May 1, 1976 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Frank and Sharon Pace. On February 12th, 2024 he passed away at 47 in Lakewood, CO although he was living in Wellington and Winter Park Colorado at the time.
Dean is survived by his children Alex Pace and Dallie of Wellington, CO. and Celeste Pace of Corvallis, OR. His wife of over 25 years, Gretchen Pace, of Wellington, CO. As well as his siblings; Alan Pace and Jessica Fudge of Greeley, CO. Ronnie Blanton and Brian of Cheyenne, WY Erin Cunningham and Michael of Wheeling WV. Amy Rivera and Robert of Mesquite, NV. and his parents Frank Pace and Verna of Springfield, AK, Sharon Pace and Rod Harvill of Pahrump, NV,
Dean graduated from Fort Collins High School in 1996. However, Dean started his construction career under the wing of his father around 1986 when he was just 10 years old going to work with his dad on weekends and in the summers. His passion for construction continued to grow as he did. Dean started a masonry business with his parents in 1996 where he worked alongside his father, Uncle Don and true friend Blake Mattocks. He transitioned to construction management in 2006 and sold his masonry business to his Uncle Don. He worked in construction management for twenty two years and ended up working what he would describe as his dream job with H3. During this time he relocated part time to Winter Park where he and his wife, Gretchen, split their time.
