She received her master’s degree at Colorado State University in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She was a long-time educator starting as a Home Economics teacher in Steamboat Springs. She was proud to be an Aggie!
After retiring she enjoyed reading, travelling to Sweden, Norway, Egypt and Israel, needlework, and socializing with her friends. Her parents and her step-mother preceded her in death. Survivors are Anne’s first cousin, Bonnie (Patrick) Sullivan from Sparks, NV; a third cousin, Betty (Leo) Figurski from Fort Collins, CO; and Anne’s special kitty named Flicka. (In Swedish, this means “girl”.)
