Pat was born in Yonkers, New York to Richard and Dorothy McSpedon. Pat adored growing up in Yonkers with her older sisters, Dorothy (Clarke), Gail (O’Neill ) and little brother Richard and often told stories of her time there. Throughout her life she was also a resident of Hastings-on-Hudson ,NY; Oklahoma City and Frisco,Texas.
Pat attended Sacred Heart parochial schools from kindergarten through high school, and still had weekly Zoom calls with friends she had since kindergarten.
Family meant everything to her. Pat, and her husband Jim, had 4 children: Eileen, Colleen (McConnell), Michael and Kathleen. She is survived by her children Colleen (Mike) and Michael (Terri), grandchildren Crane (Nicholas); Ryan and Brynn McConnell; Brandon and Austin Curley. Pat loved her large extended family including 20 beloved nieces and nephew, 21 grand nieces and nephews, Dutto cousins and her countless McSpedon relatives.
Pat’s passions included spending time with friends and neighbors, knitting, reading and travel. Pat was always in the center of any activity whether it be Neighborhood Watch, Bunko, Bocce ball, Catholic Singles, Junior Guild, organizing reunions for Sacred Heart High School Class of ‘58 , helping her dad campaign for US Congress , annual McSpedon family picnic, or raising awareness for organ donation.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jim, daughter Kathleen, her parents and siblings. Final arrangements pending in New York.
