Tony is survived by son Bobby Liera; daughter Jennie Wisman and her husband Larry; and daughter Rachel Rodriguez and her husband Gus; brother Ruben Alvarez, brother John Alvarez, brother Jesse Pichardo, sister Margaret Rodriguez and sister Lupe Marez.
Tony was preceded in death by father Francisco Alvarez and mother Bernarda; brother Frank Alvarez; brother Peter Alvarez and brother John Pichardo; companion Ophelia Aguilera.
Mr. Alvarez also leaves six grandchildren and three great grandchildren to cherish his memory.
A visitation will occur Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, 202 North Teilman, Fresno, CA 93706.
A graveside service will occur Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 12:00 PM, 201 N Teilman Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
