A funeral service for Tong will be held Sunday, February 27, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, 202 North Teilman, Fresno, CA 93706. A funeral service will occur Monday, February 28, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel.
