Samuel O. Lawson

Sam was a veteran of World War II and saw active duty in Austria, Belgium and Germany. He was a meat cutter for over forty years; he enjoyed fishing and sharing vegetables from his garden with friends and family.

Sam was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley; son, Vernon (Dusty) Lawson; and eight siblings.

He is survived by his son, Al Lawson; and his wife, Sara; grandsons, Rick Lawson and his wife Tina and Derrick Lawson; granddaughter, Stacy Grieco and her husband Tom; seven great-grand-children of Clovis; sister, Mildred Harris of Okla.; and brothers, Bob Dobson and Gene Dobson of Visalia.

A Graveside Service will be held at Belmont Memorial Park, on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.
