Phillip Reyes Medina Sr., age 92, of Fresno, California passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022. Phillip was born February 11, 1929 in Sugar Land, Texas.

Phillip is survived by his son Nickolas Medina; his son David A. Medina; his son Phillip Medina Jr.; his daughter Carol Medina; and his daughter Matilda Ramos; his sister Dolores Tejeda.

Mr. Medina also leaves four grandchildren to cherish his memory.

A graveside service for Phillip will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Belmont Memorial Park, 201 N Teilman Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
