Joyce Jean Blackwell, age 93, of Fresno, California passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021. Joyce was born May 30, 1927 in Sterling, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her husband Merlin and brother Gordon Miller, and is survived by her children, Debbie Chapman and her husband Michael, Brian Blackwell and his wife Geri, as well as her grandchildren, Tom Finley and Jaclyn Blackwell Cook.
A Graveside service for Joyce will be held Friday, April 30, 2021, 9:00 AM at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
