Emeterio Perez

Emeterio Perez lived a productive wonderful life. He moved to the United States from Spain in his younger years and worked at University of Nevada, Reno as an agricultural technician until he retired.

He was predeceased by his parents and 3rd wife Dolores Manuel Perez. He is survived by his current wife Dolores Guirina Perez, niece Cyril Ibona, brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews in Spain. He has many nieces and nephews, grand nephews and grand nieces in the US by affinity thru his previous wife Dolores Manuel and current wife Dolores Guirina Perez.

He loved outdoor gardening, he grows his fruit trees peaches, plums, mandarin, guavas from seeds. He is very service oriented, very kind, loving and honest person. He was the caretaker of our father Temistocles Sanchez, sister Flora, the father and mother of the Barcenilla’s Ramon and Concepcion with his wife Dolores. He is well loved by all his brothers and sisters nieces and Nephews in Spain and in the US. His generosity and loving ways will always be in our memories.

A visitation for Emeterio will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 355 E Champlain Drive, Fresno, CA 93730, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial Funeral Service at 10:00 AM.

A committal service will occur Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, 264 N Blythe Ave., Fresno, CA 93706.
