H. Don Carr passed away at age 81 on Saturday, February 2, 2019. He was born in Durant, Ok in 1937. The family moved to the Bay Area in 1941. Don excelled in many sports throughout his life, prior to health issues. He married his sweetheart Mary Ann Birmingham in 1961 and they had 3 children.
He had a distinguished career in the food service industry throughout the 1980's and 90's. He was an avid Fresno State supporter of football and basketball as well as the Giants, 49ers and Warriors.
He is survived by his wife Mary Ann, daughter Andria Rousseau, husband Jean and their children, Jordan, Alexandria and Madison, his sons Erik Carr and Steve Carr, Steve's wife Dr. Lana Williams their child Courtney and Steve's son Justin.
Graveside services will be held at Belmont Memorial Park, on Friday, Feb. 15, 2019 at 12:00 pm.
